Welcome to Tealpalette.art. By accessing or using Tealpalette.art, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property Teal Palette Studio and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or display any content on our website without our prior written permission.

Payment

Commissioned artwork will be accepted with a 50% (non-refundable) advance to secure a slot in the our diary and waiting list. Once work is complete you will need to pay the outstanding balance before it is dispatched. The Art will not be delivered until all balances have been fully paid and cleared. Non-commissioned Art (prints, digital downloads, cards, gift cards) must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

All orders must be paid for by either Payoneer or bank transfer. For international payments, it can be done via Payoneer bank transfer. For local orders cash payments are accepted. Notify us before and cash will accepted upon collection.

Please note that work will be undertaken on a first come, first serve basis.

Delivery

Artwork is sent through trackable mail so that Teal Palette art buyers can track their package. We will endeavour to dispatch items within 48 to 72 hours, upon dispatch the tracking number is sent to you. For international shipping please expect 14 – 21 business days until arrival. Once the payment for a purchase is realised, the purchased item is dispatched and the tracking number for the package is sent over to you. For digital products note that a high resolution digital download of Artwork is sent through the email address provided to us. Digital artwork is designed for your convenience as instantly downloadable Art.

Damages

If for some reason your art arrives damaged during postage, please inform us and we will do our best to provide you with a solution. This is the Teal Palette promise to you.

Refund Policy

Once a booking is confirmed with an advance payment, note that your booking fee is non-refundable. Please note once artwork has been completed there will be no refunds.

Cancellations

If the client wishes to cancel after payment confirmation, please note the payment amount will be retained as loss of business to cover the artist’s time, administration, emails, mockups and payment fees. If the clients wishes to cancel once the artwork has been started there will no refunds and all monies paid will be retained to cover the Artists’ time, administration, labour and materials used.

Prices

Artwork prices are as per the current published price list on my website regardless of any older pricing you may have. For other commissions, artist will quote the client. The published price list on this site are the up-to-date prices.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use this website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in any way that infringes upon the rights of others. You may not use this website to upload, post, or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to others. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website if you violate these terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website. This includes, but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website is provided “as is” and without any warranty or condition, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of our website for any particular purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out if or in connection with your use of our website or your violation of these terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
