Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I am pleased to confirm that I offer worldwide shipping! Artwork is mailed to you through track-able mail.

Upon dispatch, you will get the courier tracking number to track the arrival of your art. Please allow 16-24 days for arrival. Note that shipping will be calculated based on your location. You will be notified before dispatch of the shipping rate for payment. It is not included in the price of the art.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all of our orders from Colombo – Sri Lanka, where our studio is based.

How will my art be packaged?

The art is packaged in layers of bubble wrap and cellophane. In mailing tubes or flat wrapped mailers, depending on the size and form. It is securely packaged to prevent damages. All art will include an authenticity card and care details.

How do I receive Digital art?

Digital art is sent via email as an instant download, once payment is confirmed. The artwork, certificate of authenticity is sent in a drive file. The link to drive is emailed over with the final artwork as a digital file.

For prints ordered in addition to the artwork will be mailed over or can be picked up.

How long does the artwork process take?

The artwork process can take approximately 2 and 1/2 weeks from the time of order. Depending on the size of the requested art and on the schedule, this timeline can vary by a few days. Timeline will be discussed at the start of your order process. Commissioned artwork starts upon advance payment.

How do I buy art?

Once you order from the website you receive an email to your inbox. Please provide the correct email address when placing an order, because all purchase details will be on it. From purchase order to payment details and artwork details will be on email for your record.

How do I pay and receive my art?

Payments for artwork can be made via bank transfer or cash – to guarantee a secure payment process.

When do I need to pay?

For Customised or commissioned art to commence an advance has to be paid. Depending on the artwork usually a 50% advance is made to start the work. The balance payment is paid on completion when handing over the final artwork.

To purchase pre-made art for sale, the full payment has to be made. The art can be picked up from the studio or couriered/ delivered to you after payment.
